Alan Arman is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership in healthcare IT and SaaS innovation. As the founder or co‑founder of more than five ventures, he has developed secure, scalable technology platforms serving clients nationwide.

With more than three decades of leadership in technology innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic foresight, he brings practical insight and vision to designing and delivering transformative solutions that create meaningful impact across our healthcare clients.
Sam Arman
CO-FOUNDER &
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
A seasoned serial entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 35 years of experience building and scaling healthcare IT and SaaS companies, Sam has founded six ventures, delivering nationwide solutions and guiding organizations from startup through successful exits.

He brings deep expertise in business strategy, healthcare technology, digital transformation, and M&A, with a forward-thinking focus on innovation and measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams.
Michael Sami
CHIEF AI OFFICER (CAIO)
A software engineering graduate of The Ohio State University, Michael began his career in the space sector, developing space‑grade embedded systems and AI/ML capabilities for autonomous platforms.

Today, he leads our advanced Voice AI initiatives for healthcare, leveraging his deep expertise in artificial intelligence, real-time computing, and hardware–software integration to develop intelligent, adaptive conversational systems that deliver measurable value to our healthcare clients.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
An Ohio-based pharmacist and clinical managed care leader with more than 20 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). Fara brings deep expertise in formulary strategy, drug policy, and data-driven healthcare operations.

She is recognized for leading process improvement, operational excellence, and product innovation. A Six Sigma Black Belt, she maintains a strong focus on efficiency, data-driven performance, and measurable results.

Stanford Apseloff
Serial Entrepreneur & Business Leader
Stan is a serial entrepreneur and business leader. He was the founder and CEO of a health and edutainment software company, founder and CEO of a marketing company that provided services to two of the world’s leading encyclopedia companies, and co-founder and partner in a phase-1 clinical research company. He is an avid conservationist and wildlife photographer who travels widely to document and advocate for wild animals and natural habitats. A dedicated fitness athlete, Stan is a multi‑time world record holder in pull‑ups and has used his high‑visibility record attempts to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. He is also an award-winning writer who has published numerous children’s books, plus a young-adult fantasy novel and several art books in collaboration with a prominent contemporary artist.​
Miryam L Burelli, MD
Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist
Dr. Laura Burelli, is a board-certified internal medicine hospitalist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Medicine, she currently practices with the OhioHealth Physician Group in Marion, Ohio. Dr. Burelli is affiliated with several leading hospitals in the Columbus area, including Riverside Methodist, Grant Medical, and Doctors Hospital. She specializes in adult primary care and the management of complex conditions such as stroke, diabetes, and non-Alzheimer’s dementia. Widely respected by her peers, Dr. Burelli is known for her compassionate care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.​
Nathan Chitty
FINRA Registered & Veteran Financial Executive
Nathan is a veteran financial executive with more than 35 years of experience and is recognized as a leading authority within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he has successfully structured and managed Regulation D Rule 506(c) offerings to facilitate private capital formation, providing strategic financial leadership and implementing innovative funding strategies that drive sustainable organizational growth. He is widely regarded for his expertise in complex financial structuring, enterprise scaling, and advising dental industry leaders on capital strategy, investor relations, and long‑term expansion initiatives. He holds a FINRA Series 82 Private Securities Offerings Representative license and, while operating independently, is registered through Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC.
