02 · WORKERS' COMP & AUTO
Claim details captured before the visit.
For workers' comp, Aidion captures employer, claim number, date of injury, adjuster and authorization status before booking. For auto and personal injury, it records the auto carrier, claim number and attorney when applicable, and books with providers who accept these cases. Missing details go straight to your workers' comp coordinator.
03 · IMAGING
MRI, CT or X-ray, checked before the visit.
Aidion asks whether an MRI, CT or X-ray was done and where. It requests outside images or tells patients what to bring, and schedules new imaging when it's ordered.
04 · INJECTIONS & THERAPY
Injections on interval, therapy when ordered.
Aidion books cortisone and gel injections at the intervals your providers allow and checks authorization first. Too early? The earliest eligible date is offered instead. When therapy is ordered, it books the evaluation and first series with your in-house PT team, or shares referral details for an outside clinic.
