When a therapist sets a plan, such as twice a week for six weeks, Aidion books the full series in a single call, keeping the same time and therapist wherever possible. Patients see their whole treatment calendar from the start.
02 · VISIT LIMITS
No session goes unpaid.
Aidion monitors how many visits each patient's insurance has authorized and alerts your staff before the limit is reached, so authorization requests go out on time. Visits are not booked beyond the authorized count without your approval.
03 · RE-EVALUATIONS
Re-evals booked when they come due.
Aidion books re-evaluations based on visit count or calendar days, according to payer requirements and your clinic policies. Therapists get dedicated time to document progress instead of squeezing re-evaluations into regular sessions.
04 · DIRECT ACCESS
No referral? No restart.
Aidion checks your direct-access rules and the patient's insurance requirements, then books an evaluation when allowed. If a physician referral is needed, it explains how to get one and books the evaluation as soon as the referral arrives.

When a patient cancels, Aidion offers the open slot to patients on your waitlist and helps the cancelling patient move the session to another day in the same week.
