Aidion books injections at each patient's prescribed interval and reschedules promptly when a conflict comes up, so treatment isn't pushed past the window your retina specialists set. Missed injection appointments are flagged for your staff the same day.
02 · DILATED EXAMS
A driver reminder that saves the slot.
When dilation is planned, Aidion tells patients to arrange a driver during booking and repeats the reminder before the appointment. Patients who arrive without a ride often have to reschedule.
03 · CATARACT SURGERY

Aidion books the pre-operative measurements, the surgery, and the post-op day-one and follow-up visits for each eye. When both eyes need surgery, it schedules the second eye at the interval your surgeons prefer and sends instructions before each step.

Aidion processes referrals from optometry offices, records the referral reason and urgency, and books the appropriate visit type with the right subspecialist. Urgent referrals are prioritized, and the referring optometrist receives confirmation once the patient is scheduled.
